Yellow, Blue, Green & Red

 

Classes are 1 hour, 1 day a week

This Class is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics in a positive and exciting environment.  We introduce and improve skills on the floor, bars, beam, vault, trampoline and kiddos get to explore Mt. Westwood.  We separate our gymnasts by age and ability level - Yellow, Blue, Green & Red.
