Every child will jump, tumble, flip and play through an hour of gymnastics related activities and games.  

They will spend the remaining 30 minutes in your party area feasting on birthday cake!

Book your birthday or team party soon, they sure go fast!

 

Parties are offered on Saturdays and *Sundays (not offered June, July & August) between noon & 5:30 pm.  You will be provided with fantastic party coaches and plenty of tables and chairs. We ask that the parents provide decorations, utensils, refreshments and birthday cake.  The birthday child will receive a Birthday Party Medal and each guest will receive a coupon for a Free Trial Class.   

 

Pick a package below based on the number of kiddos you are going to invite to your party.

 

 

All Birthday Parties must be PAID IN FULL to hold the reservation. The Party portion of your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and The Package portion is ONLY transferable prior to 7 days before your party.  You must call or stop by the office to make changes to your party package by 2pm on Saturday the weekend before your party.  Any changes made within 7 days of your party will result in a fee for the difference of the party package plus a fee of $25. Any changes made the day of the party or any party that exceeds the package booked will result in a fee for the difference of the party package plus

a fee of $50. 

 

Keeping the children's safety in mind, we will only allow the number of children allowed within your package to participate out on the floor the day of your party.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Instructions to Book your Party...

Step 1: Log in or Create a Snap account.

Step 2: Pick a Party Package From The Party Packages Below. You will see an end of month start date, please select and move to next screen. (This is not your Birthday Party Date.)

Step 3: Pick a Party Date and Time by Selecting the Month, Date and Time you would like to Book.

Step 4: CHECKOUT... Pay for your party and you are all set! All Birthday Parties must be PAID IN FULL to hold your reservation. You should have a "Party Package" and "Party Date & Time" in your cart to be complete. 

Step 5: Look forward to all the AWESOMENESS that is going to happen the day of your party!

When does Westwood offer parties?
Parties are offered on Saturdays at 1:00, 1:15, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:15, 3:30, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00, 5:15 & 5:30 and on 
*Sundays (not offered June, July & August) at 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:15, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:15, 3:30, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00, 5:15 & 5:30!
Summer month & Special Event exclusions may apply. 
 
When can I set up?
Party Coaches will help you set up your party area 15 minutes prior to your party.  
They will also help take care of clean up for 15 minutes after your party.
 
What does Westwood provide? 
An hour of fun filled activities with our amazing Party Staff in our state of the art facility. 
A designated lobby area just for you and your guests for the remaining 30 minutes.
The birthday child will receive a Birthday Party Medal and each guest will receive a coupon for a Free Trial Class!   
 
What do I need to provide?
Parents are asked to provide decorations, paper goods, utensils, food, refreshments and birthday cake.
