Girls Rockets, Stars & Comets - Kindergarten & 1st Grade

 

Classes are 1 hour, 1 day a week.

Girls will learn the basic fundamentals of gymnastics in a non-competitive, fun and exciting environment.  The skills become more challenging and the expectation is higher as the gymnasts progress through the different levels.  

Girls Developemental, Accelerated & Advanced - 2nd Grade & Up

 

Classes are 1 hour, 1 day a week.

These classes focus on all four olympic events, vault, bars, beam and floor.  Girls with no experience or with an advanced ability can join as we seperate the girls by ability level, Developmental, Accelerated & Advanced.    

Nova - Levels 2 - 6

 

Our Nova program is an invitational program for gymnasts that have mastered all the skills of girls advanced.  Gymnasts will learn skills  within the competitive levels 2 - 6 and compete in intramural competitions throughout the year.
