Registration

An annual $35.00 registration fee reserves your child’s place in class and INCLUDES a Westwood Gymnastics Academy T-shirt.  For an additional $8.00 you may have a leotard instead of a T-shirt.

REGISTRATION IS AN ANNUAL FEE DUE EACH AUGUST.
A. Those who registered the previous calendar year will pay $35.00 and receive a T-shirt. For an additional $8.00 you may choose the leotard instead of the T-shirt.
B. Those who registered between January and May will receive a discounted registration fee for the next year. For an additional $5.00 your child will receive a T-shirt, or for an additional $10 your child will receive a leotard.
C. Those registering during the summer months of June and July will NOT pay an additional registration fee for that same year.

Tuition

A. Payment received between the 2nd and 10th of the month will be the normal rate of tuition.
B. You will receive a $5.00 discount off normal tuition rate if tuition is received on or before the first of the month.
C. You will be responsible for a $5.00 late fee on the normal rate of tuition if payment is received after the 10th of the month.
D. Tuition is pro-rated only when a new student begins a class after the first of the month.
E. Tuition is non-refundable.

Withdrawal or Time off

A. Westwood Gymnastics Academy REQUIRES A FULL MONTHS NOTICE BEFORE YOU INTEND TO WITHDRAW A STUDENT FROM CLASSES.
B. PLEASE CALL OR STOP BY THE OFFICE TO GIVE YOUR NOTICE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMAINING ACCOUNT BALANCE AT THE TIME YOU GIVE YOUR DROP NOTICE.
C. If a student has not attended class and has not paid by the 15th of the month, he/she will be dropped from classes and billed for that month.

Make-up Classes

A. If you miss your regular class for any reason, you may schedule a make-up through the office. Please remember to call in advance…MAKE-UPS ARE BY RESERVATION ONLY.
B. Please come into the office to pick up a make up slip BEFORE going onto the gymnastics floor.
C. Please note that scheduled make ups are not allowed to be rescheduled.

ALL MAKE-UPS MUST BE COMPLETED WHILE THE STUDENT IS ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM.

Holidays

A. The gym is closed on Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Week, New Year’s Day, Good Friday through Easter, Memorial Day, and July 4th.
B. The classes during Christmas break are not made up.
C. FULL TUITION IS DUE EVERY MONTH. We do not pro-rate tuition for the holidays as we allow make-up classes to be scheduled.

Class Attire

Girls wear leotards. No jewelry, tights, or shorts. Long hair pulled back.
Boys wear the Westwood Gymnastics T-shirt with gym shorts. No belt loops, zippers or buckles.
Tumblers and Cheerleaders wear T-shirts (TUCKED IN PLEASE), gym shorts, no jewelry and hair pulled back.
